How much does Fyle cost?
Fyle publishes three plans. Growth is $11.99 per user a month billed yearly or $14.99 billed monthly, with unlimited expense tracking and card feeds. Business is $14.99 per user a month billed yearly or $17.99 monthly, and adds multi-stage approvals and accounting integrations. Enterprise is custom and aimed at companies above 250 employees.
You pay only for people who submit expenses or hold an active card. Fyle now trades as Sage Expense Management and prices change, so check its pricing page.
Does Fyle work with QuickBooks Online?
Fyle lists QuickBooks Online among its accounting integrations, and the integration is part of the Business plan, not Growth. So a QBO client who wants expenses synced pays $14.99 or more per active user a month.
The sync does not choose the coding for you. Rules and policies are set up per company, and someone still reviews what lands in the ledger. Our Fyle alternative page covers where a bookkeeper receipt workflow differs from expense management.

What does Fyle cost for a bookkeeper with many clients?
One submitter per client on Business billed yearly is $14.99 x 12 = $179.88 a year. Across 25 clients that is 25 x $179.88 = $4,497 a year, and every extra employee who submits adds another $179.88.
ReceiptQBO Bookkeeper on yearly billing costs $149 x 12 = $1,788 a year for up to 25 companies and 2,500 pooled documents a month, with no per-user fee. For one company, ReceiptQBO Company on yearly billing is $24 x 12 = $288 a year, and a single Fyle seat at $179.88 comes out cheaper. We say so on purpose.
What do you get for the money with a practice plan?
A practice plan buys time on the review side. ReceiptQBO codes each receipt using the connected client company's own accounts, classes, locations and customers, applies vendor rules per client, and looks for the matching bank or card transaction before posting. A matched receipt attaches to that transaction. An unmatched one creates an Expense or Bill with the image.
Preparers and Reviewers share one queue across companies, and missing-receipt reminders go to the client weekly. See how to match receipts to bank transactions. If the client needs approvals, reimbursements or corporate cards, Fyle does that and ReceiptQBO does not.

Which option should you pick before paying for a year?
Decide whether the client needs expense management or just clean, coded receipts in QuickBooks Online. Policy and approvals point to Fyle. Coding and bank matching across many clients point to a flat practice plan.
