Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Every plan is paid, and you can read one receipt on the home page without an account, and a new account gets one more demo read, so you see real output before you pay.

What counts as a document?

One receipt, bill or credit note, whatever its number of pages. Documents are counted when the AI reads them. Deleting a document does not give it back.

What happens when we go over the monthly documents?

Nothing is lost. New documents wait in the queue until the next billing period, or you move up a plan and they are read right away.

How does changing plans work?

Moving up charges the difference for the rest of the current period at once, and the new limits start as soon as it is paid. Moving down takes effect with a credit toward the next invoice. Nothing is refunded to the card.

How do I pay and cancel?

By card through a secure checkout with 3D Secure. Invoices and the card are managed in the billing portal, where you can also cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, and it is the default. Yearly billing costs half the monthly price: Company $288, Bookkeeper $1,788 and Firm $5,388 a year.
